To create a valid account at 89ok, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• The account is entirely personal and non-transferable.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.

To ensure the security and transparency of the Platform, 89ok reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Refusal to provide the documents required for identity verification may result in the temporary or permanent closure of your account.

89ok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Being a minor or providing a false age on the account.
• Self-exclusion based on a responsible gaming request.

89ok offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: ৳6,000 deposited → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000.

The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus balance has an expiry period counted from the date of activation.
• Wagering contributions may vary depending on the game type.

If any fraudulent activity aimed at earning bonuses is detected — such as taking advantage through multiple accounts or employing bonus abuse strategies — 89ok reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and close the account.

89ok's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The specific conditions for each tier are available in the account dashboard.

Cashback is calculated each week based on net losses. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and is free of any separate wagering requirement. However, the Platform reserves the right to review and modify the cashback policy as needed.
